Responsabilités principales
- Animer des cours de français vivants, adaptés à tous les niveaux, du débutant complet à l’avancé.
- Encourager la confiance et la fluidité à l’oral comme à l’écrit grâce à des approches interactives et communicatives.
- Adapter les plans de cours selon les objectifs des étudiants, en cours individuel comme en groupe.
- Créer un environnement d’apprentissage motivant qui inspire les étudiants à atteindre leur plein potentiel.
- Participer à des événements communautaires, en ligne ou dans votre ville, pour renforcer l’engagement des étudiants.
Qualifications & Exigences
- Maîtrise linguistique : Niveau de français natif (oral et écrit).
- Expérience pédagogique : Un vécu concret en enseignement du FLS, peu importe l’âge de vos étudiants, ados ou adultes.
- Enseignement flexible : Cours en ligne partout au Canada; cours en présentiel possibles dans les villes où nous avons une salle de classe.
- Compétences : Excellentes compétences en communication, organisation et gestion du temps.
- Maîtrise des outils numériques : À l’aise avec les outils d’enseignement en ligne : Zoom, Google Classroom, Teachable ou l’équivalent.
- Passion : Un vrai goût pour l’enseignement des langues et pour ce que les échanges culturels apportent.

This is not your average operations role. At Learn French Canada, our mission is simple: help our students speak French with confidence, joy, and a certain je ne sais quoi. We've become a go-to school for French learning and TEF exam prep, and we're growing fast, city by city.
We're looking for someone organized, creative, and empathetic, who can take on many different jobs around the school. First, you'll connect with future students, understand their goals, and match them with the right program. Then you'll make sure everything after enrollment runs smoothly: easy onboarding, happy students, well-organized classes. You'll help the school grow and keep the team connected.
The Mission
Every week, hundreds of people across Canada search for the right French school. Immigrants preparing their TEF. Professionals building a career. Families investing in their future. They find us. Then they need to hear your voice.
Your role: turn that spark of interest into a decision that changes a life.
You won't read from scripts. You'll tell a real story, ours, and make people feel it.
What You'll Carry
Enrollment conversions
- Drive student enrollments through calls, meetings, events, and follow-ups.
- Understand student needs and recommend the perfect course.
- Track leads, sales, and conversions. We love Airtable for that.
Onboarding & operations
- Coordinate schedules with teachers and ensure smooth onboarding for new students.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and keep operations running efficiently.
- Be comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp, and digital platforms like Teachable.
Teaching, occasionally
- If you're fluent in French, join our French Teacher Academy and get trained to teach occasionally (6-8 hours/week).
- It keeps you close to what students actually experience. It's the best feedback loop there is.
Community & events
- Organize regular events to grow our community, in person or online.
- Spot new opportunities to connect with future students.
You Might Be the Right Person If…
- You thrive on building relationships and can sell a French program with warmth, empathy and confidence.
- You're organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership of results.
- You pay attention to detail, and you're always looking for ways to improve a process.
- You're fluent in French for teaching, or B2+ and familiar with our French Transformation program.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills come naturally to you.
- You have experience in customer success. Bonus points if it's in education or language learning.
- You're available Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional evening events and teaching slots.
- You read this and thought: “this is exactly what I've been looking for.”
Why This Role, Why Now?
$50,000-$67,000 CAD total compensation in year one: salary plus up to 35% annual bonus tied to performance.
Hybrid: 3 days from the office, 2 days from home, plus 4 weeks fully remote per year after year one.
2 weeks holidays, plus the school closes between December 24 and January 1.

How You'll Be Hired
First interview with our Growth Operations Director. Second interview with Léa, the school's founder. Then an invitation to a paid, one-week full-time internship.
If selected, your start date is flexible, typically between mid-September and early October.
The role is hybrid, based out of one of our Canadian hub offices (currently Calgary, AB).
