Wrong answers take nothing away on the TEF. A blank is the only answer that can never be right, so pick something before you move on.
Read the questions first
In the reading section, read the question and the four options before the document. You will know what to look for.
When the audio starts, just listen
The clips start by themselves and play once. Stop reading, listen to the end, then answer.
