The best institution to learn french in a most natural way. My tutor was Anne, she is the best. Very friendly, always there for us to help to improve a lot. I really had lot of fun in her class as well.

Why French matters if you're building your file from Hamilton
Ontario counts English and French together, Hamilton has a francophone community IRCC chose to support, and bilingual roles across the region reward the effort.
Ontario rewards English and French together
Ontario's French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream has closed, but its Workforce Priority stream still counts both languages: CLB 6 or higher in English and in French earns 10 points instead of 5. It needs a job offer. On the federal side, strong French is still worth up to 50 Express Entry points.
A francophone community IRCC chose to support
Hamilton is one of IRCC's Welcoming Francophone Communities, so French-speaking newcomers get settlement help in French. It is also a designated area under Ontario's French Language Services Act, and Collège Boréal, Ontario's French-language college, has a campus on King Street West.
Jobs the GTA corridor keeps open
Plenty of Hamilton residents already commute into the Greater Toronto Area for work, and bilingual postings, federal and provincial both, show up across that whole corridor. A resume that lists French gets read for jobs an English-only version would never even reach.
Salut! I found French quite difficult, and I knew almost nothing about it. But our teacher are always patient with us and encourage us to learn little by little. Our teacher remind us that learning French is a process, and it takes time, practice, and patience. I have gone from knowing almost nothing to knowing something. I know that I still have a lot to learn, but I am motivated to continue and improve everyday. Merci beaucoup Anne, pour ta patience, ton soutien et tes encouragements. Je suis vraiment heureux d’ avoir appris le francais avec toi:-)
Great French class! Clelia is patient, knowledgeable, and explains everything clearly. The lessons are engaging and have helped me improve my French significantly. Highly recommended!
I was full of questions , when I came but the way she Tasnia explained, I m feeling much confident and ready to start. It was a good experience and explained well.
I’m loving the course, it’s very well paced - not too fast, not too slow - and the material is really good. My teacher, Camille, is amazing and I’m sure so are the others.
This meet and greet convinced me to take a 6 month course! Every one is very accommodating and answered all my questions about learning French for immigration purposes 😊 I can’t wait to get started 🥳
Bonjour de Locke Street !Live from the escarpmentZoom call, Bayfront viewTwo live classes a week, timed for a Hamilton evening
Ontario candidates compete in the very same Express Entry pool as the rest of the country, and French is the one lever most applicants leave completely untouched. Here is what your week actually looks like.
Live on Zoom, timed for a Hamilton evening
Classes are small and everyone talks. You are not watching a lecture, you are being corrected mid-sentence by a teacher who is actually listening.
The same native teachers as every other city
Every teacher comes from France or Québec, 27 of them in total, and they all run the same curriculum. A Hamilton class covers exactly what a class three provinces over covers, the same week.
No commute, and a missed class does not cost you the week
Nothing about a Hamilton winter touches an online class, it runs either way. Miss one anyway and the self-study lessons built into your program cover that same material, so you are ready for the next session.
